MIND BODY ENERGY
METHOD

The Mind Body Energy Method is a journey of self (RE)discovery

By observing your MBE you can change how you experience life and begin to embody the creator of your human experience.

Your Mind Body Energy impacts everything about you. It can affect how you make decisions, your daily thoughts, how you show up in the world, how you build relationships, how you express yourself and how you process your experiences (and more!)

The MBE Method is giving you permission to pay attention to different layers of healing rather than being hyper-focused on one area. We believe that by harnessing this triad of healing, you can witness the spectrum of your being. Adopting this method will allow you to become more consciously aware of all the pieces of your puzzle and as you bring them together you are creating opportunity for self mastery and authenticity.

We believe your MBE can guide you to live authentically, unlock self mastery

and build a life by design where you and the collective can thrive

MIND

Who are you according to your mind?
What are your repetitive thoughts?
How does this impact your daily life?

Have you ever questioned where your thoughts originate from or how your past experiences may have programmed you to view the world. Have you wondered how thinking the same narrative may predicted future events like, “I knew that would happen, because it always happens to me” mentality.

Your mind makes up your reality. Your thoughts, past experiences and perception of the world. It acts as a lens for your experiences which are to be logged and compartmentalised into your internal hard drive for your personal library of information (your subconscious).

This incredible machine defaults to the same folder because of the neurological pathways you have created. This channel of information is made up of past experiences to help you make quick decisions which impact and influence your daily behaviours, emotions and cognitive responses.

The more you default, the deeper rooted the neurological pathway becomes and the quicker the chain reaction.

Just think, auto correct. You want to say F*** but it always spell checks to duck because thats what the programme thinks you want to do. Over time you say F*** so often the duck becomes irrelevant. When you actually want to say duck, you send F***

Welcome to the pattern.

This proves your mind can change but it will need consistent effort because when we want to change our reality we need to change our mind to create a new algorithm.

Your mind is made up of layers, the conscious, sub conscious & collective unconscious.
On average we only use
5 - 10% of our minds capacity…Which means 90-95% of your brain activity is SUBCONSCIOUS. It runs the programming that rules your thoughts, emotions, actions, and behaviours.¹

1. Bargh JA, Morsella E. The Unconscious Mind. Perspect Psychol Sci. 2008;3(1):73-79. doi:10.1111/j.1745-6916.2008.00064.

By creating grater self awareness we are able to dive deeper beneath our day to day consciousness and explore who we truly are and what may be holding us back from experiencing our authenticity.

To do this we have to speak the language of our subconscious. This communication happens through imagery & emotion which is why we use the power of imagination and our signature guided visualisations move you into an altered states of consciousness where you can communicate with creative conversation.

Our conscious expansion sessions build a bridge between what we are unaware of and what we know to be true. By connecting the dots of awareness we are able to follow the maze of our minds along the path of self enquiry to find our way to the answers within.

BODY

The body is a vessel for our physical experience. Through our senses and actions it is how our soul shows up in the world and it is the physical manifestation of how our thoughts and energy create our reality.

To expand our physical awareness we can look at the four bodies and learn about the different elements that make up who we physically are to assist deeper healing.

The Four bodies outline

Physical Body

Emotional Body

Mental Body

Spiritual Body

A few ways you can expand your physical awareness is through conscious connection, embodiment practice, breathwork, physical therapy, aligned action, nutrition, movement, energy work (plus more)

When you explore the body deeper you open yourself up to a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual metamorphosis that will impact your reality.

The body is much more than just our structure and appearance but actually how we experience our lives through what we “do”.

Creating awareness around why we do what we do can help us understand how we are expressing our thoughts & emotions through action.

This gives us the opportunity to reflect, ask and alter how we show up in the world.

However, creating change is one of the hardest things we can do.

Practices such as embodiment can act as a powerful tool to activate physical change and transformation.

Embodiment is the combination of emotion and body (embody), to help you realise what is ment (meant) for you.

EM - BODI - MENT

What you are embodying right now can show you want you subconsciously believe is meant for you. Conscious embodiment practices can alter your thoughts and energy and allow you to move into a new way of being that is aligned with what you truly desire.

However, beyond what we do and how we show up, our inner world is keeping our bodies alive.

Our nervous, cardiovascular & digestive systems are just a few examples of how our physical body operates

Beyond this we also have our emotional body which impacts how our body internally responds to our day to day life.

Our bodies allow us to experience life through sensation and is a vehicle for how we show up in the world.

However along our life journey we can store habits, patterns and big T little t trauma within our physical structure.

“In order to change, people need to become aware of their sensations and the way that their bodies interact with the world around them. Physical self-awareness is the first step in releasing the tyranny of the past.”

― Bessel A. van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score

Creating physical awareness and practising somatic therapies such as breathwork we can regulate our nervous system which simply plays a fundamental role in our overall wellbeing.

Breathwork can act as a gateway to altered ways of healing.
The breather is able breath the body back into homeostasis and witness places that have become unconsciously stuck allowing space for exploration, restoration and release of mental, physical or emotional stagnant residue.

"Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts"

- Thich Nhat Hanh

ENERGY

In science it is called Energy, in spirituality it can be called source.

One thing that we know is that everything is energy. All things in the universe vibrate at a certain level.

Sound, sight, smell, taste, emotion… is all about vibrational frequencies which are waves of energy.

Our lives contain a seeming infinity of rhythms, with vibrations at the atomic and molecular levels and within biochemical reaction rates. The physiological correlates of the rhythms of the breath, heartbeat, and brain have been extensively studied and shown to be intimately related to our emotions, thoughts, and psychospiritual state.

- Homma I, Masaoka Y. Breathing rhythms and emotions. Exp Physiol. 2008 September

Energy is a frequency that is transmitted out into the field just like a radio station.
What you tune into you receive.

Frequency = feedback, the wave of energy goes from transmitter to receiver as a means of communicating energy and the frequency it is being channeled from.

Wether we are consciously aware of it or not, psychological and physiological emotion is always being expressed below our external surface, being programmed into our subconscious hard drive and motioned (energy in motion = emotion) through a chain reaction creating a ripple effect.

Our body can experience energy through the automatic nervous system flipping into rest and digest or fight or flight which impacts how we breath, how our heart beats, how we move and how we consume.

The negative impacts of this can further manifest into dis-ease.

Energy is here to be expressed. We get to create awareness of how we can understand our energy, heal it, communicate with it, understand it, move it, feel it and embrace it.

In safe spaces we can unlock it, face it, observe it and release it to avoid the suppression of it, naivety towards it and dissociation with it.

If we aim for short term “protection” we affirm to our subconscious that we choose avoidance of what we are feeling. This will only cause a long term battle within as energy not expressed but suppressed will find a way to erupt one day.

Esoteric tools and modalities can act as energy stimuli which can help create clarity and insight around how we use our energy as gateway for greater self awareness. When we choose to understand and work with the forces of the unseen we build greater relationships with hope, intuition, belief and faith in something that goes beyond logic or reason.

This is what why we call it “real life magic”
